The TEAM XI Manifesto · Sydney · Issue 001

Football, backed by data.

Football has never had more data and never had less understanding. Ratings appear with no reasoning. Rankings appear with no evidence. TEAM XI exists to close that gap — not with another scoreboard, but with intelligence that can be argued with.

We are not a fan blog and not a rumour mill. We are a quiet, obsessive record of who is actually available, actually in form, and actually suited to the role — from Serie A to the Iraq Stars League. We begin with Iraq. The model is built for the world.

We treat data like journalism.

Every score we publish is sourced. Every ranking is explainable. Every rumour is labelled. If we cannot show our working, we do not publish. Confidence is quantified, never manufactured.

We design for confidence, not clicks.

Every interaction should leave you better informed, more confident in the numbers, curious to explore further, and empowered to form your own conclusions. We will never sell your attention to a take.

We are built for the ones who care.

For the coach in Baghdad, the scout in Manchester, the journalist in Sydney, the fan in Detroit. For anyone who believes a starting eleven can be measured, and defended, with evidence.
